Chin Teik wrote this workbook upon requests from his existing clients to learn how to design, develop and facilitate their own action learning workshops. This workbook accompanies Chin Teik’s workshop on ‘Action Learning to Greatness – instructional design for impact’.

Chin Teik has 11 years experience in the dual leadership role in training & development and total quality management in both a manufacturing factory (7 years) and regional sales and marketing (4 years) environment.  Chin Teik had the privilege of setting up a physical Intel University as well as the founding of Penang Skills Development Centre (working with other Multi National Companies, local Small Medium Enterprises, the Penang State Government and the University).  Chin Teik combines his instructional design background with his change and transition management experience to personally design, develop and facilitate all his action learning coaching & workshops.
